Christian Dior Legal Counsel - Business Affairs

- Advise Christian Dior Couture's departments on image contracts, including those with brand ambassadors, models, and third parties.
- Draft and negotiate collaboration and partnership agreements.
- Manage event-related contracts, such as service agreements for events like fashion shows and exhibitions.
- Review and approve press releases.
- Provide daily legal counsel to the Image, Communication, and Event teams on various projects.
- Educate teams on relevant regulations within their sectors.
- Handle disputes related to image rights and commercial issues.
- Contribute to the digitalization of legal activities and standardization of contractual documents.
- Collaborate with other legal professionals within the Business Affairs division and central legal department.
- Identify and address significant legal issues with practical, business-oriented solutions.
- Adapt communication to suit different stakeholders and impart legal insights effectively.
- Master's degree in Contract Law, Commercial Law, Intellectual Property Law, or Communication and Media Law.
- 3 to 5 years of successful experience as a lawyer or in-house legal counsel.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; Italian proficiency is advantageous.
- Strong organizational, drafting, synthesis, and pedagogical skills.
- Experience in the luxury, ready-to-wear, or accessories sectors is a plus.
- Proactive and adaptable with a keen sense of curiosity and pragmatism.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in a multicultural environment.
- Strong computer skills, including Office Suite and legal databases.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience is required.
Master's degree in relevant legal fields.
