1. Assist with legal support for various projects across different languages and locations, including events, service provision, logistics, transport distribution, consumer affairs, purchasing, and sales.
2. Draft, adapt, and disseminate legal documentation such as general terms and conditions, standard contracts, and ad-hoc agreements.
3. Handle compliance matters for the EMEA region.
4. Manage and monitor pre-litigation or litigation cases related to commercial or consumer law.
5. Provide daily legal advice and support to operational teams in areas such as consumer law, distribution, and competition.
6. Conduct regulatory monitoring and compliance oversight for the EMEA region.

1. Master's degree in Business Law, Competition Law, Consumer Law, or European Business Law, preferably with CRFPA certification.

1. Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal databases.
3. Attributes of responsiveness, rigor, curiosity, agility, and teamwork.
4. Respect for confidentiality in all assigned tasks.

Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience in legal affairs.

Master's degree in relevant legal fields.
