1. Assist in the entire collection development process for leather goods and footwear.
2. Monitor the development of materials for collection models.
3. Order materials and support the development of techniques.
4. Maintain relationships with manufacturers and suppliers.
5. Perform administrative follow-up tasks.
6. Aid in the launch of technical materials for collections.
7. Order materials such as leather, fabrics, and supplies.
8. Participate in the research of techniques and materials for leather goods and footwear.
9. Develop collection materials in collaboration with suppliers and manufacturers both domestically and internationally.
10. Create and update collection tracking tools, including dispatch files, master files, and books.
11. Support product and material adjustments and production follow-up.
12. Issue purchase orders for materials and techniques, and track invoices and material receipts.

1. Enrolled in a higher education program with prior experience related to product or material, preferably in business, engineering, or material/textile design.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
2. Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, ideally with exposure to product or material-related roles.

Pursuing higher education in a relevant field such as business, engineering, or material/textile design.
