1. Assist in the operational management of prototypes from launch to archiving.
2. Ensure traceability and manage the logistics of prototype exchanges.
3. Coordinate product inventories following purchase sessions.
4. Serve as the primary contact for prototype requests and manage product availability communications.
5. Support the coordination of product shootings, ensuring adherence to deadlines.

1. Enrolled in a relevant academic program.
2. Initial experience in the fashion or luxury sector.

1. Product sensitivity and knowledge of the luxury market and accessories.
2. Positive communication and relational intelligence.
3. Attention to detail, agility, and rigor.
4. Dynamic, reactive, and organized with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
6. Fluency in English; Italian is advantageous.

Beginner level experience in the fashion or luxury industry is required.

Currently pursuing a degree in a related field.
