1. Participate in a comprehensive training program focused on the creation and crafting of high-quality leather goods prototypes.
2. Engage in both theoretical and practical learning experiences within LVMH Maisons.
3. Develop professional expertise in luxury leather goods craftsmanship, working closely with modeling, leather, and cutting departments.
4. Achieve a professional qualification recognized by the Tuscany Region and at the European level in the leather goods sector.

1. Must be unemployed, inactive, or non-working individuals.
2. Non-EU citizens must possess a valid work permit.
3. Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
4. Completion of lower secondary education or equivalent, with additional requirements for those with only elementary education.
5. Residency or domicile in a municipality within the Tuscany Region.

Participants will benefit from 900 hours of training, including 500 hours of classroom and laboratory instruction and 400 hours of internship within LVMH Maisons. The program includes collective and individual orientation, Master Classes, educational visits, and meetings with luxury industry professionals.
