1. Assist in the creation of boards and collection plans.
2. Support the launch of prototypes.
3. Prepare products and supplies for fittings and fashion shows.
4. Organize collection files including visuals, delivery notes, color cards, codes, references, and technical sheets.
5. Coordinate between the studio and marketing, including sending photos, samples, and models.
6. Receive and track prototypes.
7. Prepare parcels for fittings and collection photoshoots.
8. Update timeless pieces and digital files.
9. Track special orders.
10. Create and maintain product technical sheets.
11. Assist with various tasks such as parcel tracking and managing supplier archive returns and material archives.

1. Enrollment in a Fashion School.

1. Proficiency in English and Italian.
2. Competency in Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe, Excel, PLM, and Centric.
3. Curiosity, versatility, and dynamism.

No prior experience required; ideal for beginners.
