- Manage training related to security and business software tools, including needs assessment and session deployment.
- Handle registration requests for Business Excellence training sessions, including data entry and participant follow-up.
- Oversee training data management, including the creation of purchase orders and supplier records, tracking attendance and costs, and evaluating training effectiveness.
- Contribute to cross-functional learning projects, such as events, communication campaigns, and training platform development.
- Enrollment in a Human Resources or Business School program.
- Previous experience in an HR team, preferably in a training role.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in French and English.
Entry-level position suitable for candidates with initial experience in HR teams, ideally within training.
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Business.
