1. Deploy management and leadership development programs.
2. Organize sessions and facilitate kick-off meetings.
3. Coordinate interventions from internal leaders.
4. Introduce and conclude seminars.
5. Maintain follow-up with coaches and trained managers.
6. Develop online and offline managerial training offerings.
7. Oversee activity and ensure continuous improvement of offerings and processes.
8. Develop individual coaching offerings and partnerships with coaches.
9. Ensure deployment and follow-up of individual coaching sessions.
10. Develop internal feedback culture through training and workshops.
11. Deploy and promote new performance management tools, conduct training, and monitor KPIs.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
2. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
