1. Deploy management and leadership development programs.
2. Organize and facilitate program sessions and kick-off events.
3. Coordinate contributions from internal leaders.
4. Introduce and conclude seminars.
5. Maintain follow-up with coaches and trained managers.
6. Develop online and offline managerial training offerings.
7. Oversee program activities and ensure continuous improvement of offerings and processes.
8. Expand individual coaching offerings and partnerships with coaches.
9. Implement and monitor individual coaching sessions.
10. Advance internal feedback culture through training and workshops.
11. Deploy and promote the new performance management tool, conduct training, and track KPIs.

1. Master's degree in Business or related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
