Christian Dior Lead SecOps

- Lead and manage the SecOps team, ensuring effective planning, activity tracking, skill development, and collective performance.
- Define the product vision and evolve SecOps tools and services.
- Ensure alignment and implementation of security processes with the company's and LVMH Group's security strategy.
- Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and monitoring of security tools contracts and licenses.
- Supervise infrastructure and network security, ensuring device efficacy and compliance (Proxy, VPN, segmentation, bastion, firewall, etc.).
- Oversee application security, including WAF implementation, TLS certificate management, and security integration in application environments.
- Manage system and cloud environment security, including server hardening, Active Directory security, and cloud security controls.
- Ensure user and sensitive data security by managing workstation, mobile, email, and sensitive data protection.
- Contribute to the automation and continuous improvement of SecOps processes (tooling, workflows, documentation, shift left).
- Produce and monitor security indicators (KPIs, dashboards, reporting to management and CISO).
- Manage a multi-technology security environment: Zscaler ZIA/ZPA, WAF AKAMAI, Palo Alto, Tufin, SentinelOne, Wallix, WIZ.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity
- Minimum 8 years of experience in security, including team management
- Strong understanding of security issues and mastery of key tools and practices (Proxy, Firewall, WAF, EDR, DNS, Cloud security, O365, DLP, etc.)
- Ability to define a roadmap, manage a budget, and lead IT security activities in a complex environment
- Leadership skills with a collaborative approach and analytical mindset
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and associated tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
A minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of security, with significant experience in team leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity
