1. Lead and manage the SecOps team, ensuring effective planning, activity tracking, skill development, and collective performance.
2. Define the product vision and evolve SecOps tools and services.
3. Ensure alignment and implementation of security processes with the company's and LVMH Group's security strategy.
4. Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and monitoring of security tools contracts and licenses.
5. Supervise infrastructure and network security, ensuring device efficacy and compliance (Proxy, VPN, segmentation, bastion, firewall, etc.).
6. Oversee application security, including WAF implementation, TLS certificate management, and security integration in application environments.
7. Manage system and cloud environment security, including server hardening, Active Directory security, and cloud security controls.
8. Ensure user and sensitive data security by managing workstation, mobile, email, and sensitive data protection.
9. Contribute to the automation and continuous improvement of SecOps processes (tooling, workflows, documentation, shift left).
10. Produce and monitor security indicators (KPIs, dashboards, reporting to management and CISO).
11. Manage a multi-technology security environment: Zscaler ZIA/ZPA, WAF AKAMAI, Palo Alto, Tufin, SentinelOne, Wallix, WIZ.

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in security, including team management

1. Strong understanding of security issues and mastery of key tools and practices (Proxy, Firewall, WAF, EDR, DNS, Cloud security, O365, DLP, etc.)
2. Ability to define a roadmap, manage a budget, and lead IT security activities in a complex environment
3. Leadership skills with a collaborative approach and analytical mindset
4. Proficiency in agile methodologies and associated tools (Jira, Confluence)
5. Fluency in English, both written and spoken

A minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of security, with significant experience in team leadership.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity
