- Lead and manage the SecOps team, ensuring effective planning, activity tracking, skill development, and collective performance.
- Define the product vision and evolve SecOps tools and services.
- Ensure alignment and implementation of security processes with the company's and LVMH Group's security strategy.
- Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and contract and license management for security tools.
- Supervise infrastructure and network security, ensuring the effectiveness and compliance of security measures such as Proxy, VPN, segmentation, bastion, and firewalls.
- Oversee application security, including WAF implementation, TLS certificate management, and security integration in application environments.
- Manage system and cloud environment security, including server hardening, Active Directory security, and cloud security controls.
- Ensure user and sensitive data security by managing workstation, mobile, email, and sensitive data protection.
- Contribute to the automation and continuous improvement of SecOps processes, including tooling, workflows, documentation, and shift-left strategies.
- Produce and monitor security indicators, including KPIs, dashboards, and reports for management and the CISO.
- Manage a multi-technology security environment, including Zscaler ZIA/ZPA, WAF AKAMAI, Palo Alto, Tufin, SentinelOne, Wallix, and WIZ.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity
- Minimum 8 years of experience in security, including team management
- Strong understanding of security issues and mastery of key tools and practices (Proxy, Firewall, WAF, EDR, DNS, Cloud Security, O365, DLP)
- Ability to define a roadmap, manage a budget, and lead IT security activities in a complex environment
- Leadership skills and collaborative working style with IT teams
- Rigor, pedagogy, and analytical mindset
- Proficiency in agile methods and associated tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the security domain, with a focus on team leadership and management.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity
