1. Assist in issuing purchase orders to suppliers and monitoring deliveries.
2. Generate reports on production progress.
3. Support production advancement activities and verify production progress.
4. Draft delivery schedules for finished products in accordance with headquarters' timelines.
5. Analyze and assess the feasibility of delivery plans based on manufacturers' production capacities and technical execution possibilities.
6. Create retro-planning to define material arrival timelines and technical releases to ensure delivery plan reliability, and conduct follow-up.
7. Collaborate with industrialization, purchasing departments, and manufacturers to verify delivery plan feasibility, anticipate issues, and implement corrective actions if necessary.

1. Degree in Industrial Engineering or Economics.
2. Passion for operations management.
3. Proficiency in English and/or French.
4. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
5. General proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Previous internship experience in operations or production planning is preferred.
