1. Collaborate with zone Sales Planners to develop sales forecasts for Women's Leather Goods.
2. Work closely with Business Unit teams to refine forecasts and align them with the brand's strategy.
3. Communicate forecast results to the Distribution/Production team through weekly and monthly updates.
4. Lead the Forecast Committee and prepare for monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.
5. Contribute to the development and facilitation of the Best Estimate process with Business Planning teams.
6. Coordinate and lead the sales forecasting process during showroom buying sessions.
7. Participate in the Supply Chain Transformation project by defining the target process and organization for Central Sales Planning.
8. Assist in the development of management and reporting tools.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, with a focus on sales forecasting.

1. Proficiency in information systems and data manipulation (Excel, Anaplan, PowerBI).
2. Fluency in English in a professional context.
3. Strong market understanding and business acumen.
4. Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
5. Reliability, rigor, and adaptability.
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.

A minimum of 3 years in Supply Chain with experience in sales forecasting is required.
