1. Oversee the performance of a product category, focusing on growth objectives and sell-through rates.
2. Act as a liaison between the Business Unit and regional teams, communicating global strategies and gathering market insights.
3. Coordinate the timing of collections with cross-category themes and ensure alignment with supply teams.
4. Facilitate interactions with the Product Marketing team within the same category.
5. Contribute to collection briefs by analyzing current season sales, conducting competitive analysis, and synthesizing regional needs.
6. Monitor business performance and sell-through rates, implementing action plans with regional teams.
7. Collaborate with related departments to optimize product launches and store assortments.
8. Ensure currency pricing strategies are balanced and aligned with market conditions.
9. Participate in defining assortment strategies and clusters for each collection.
10. Organize and manage showrooms, estimating volumes and assisting with central pre-purchases.

1. Master's degree in Merchandising, Luxury and Fashion Management/Marketing, Retail, or Wholesale.
2. 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, including internships or initial professional experience.
3. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
4. Strong retail and numerical acumen.
5. Deep sensitivity to the fashion and luxury sectors.
6. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
7. Fluency in French and English; Italian is a plus.
