1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar retail merchandising role.
2. Knowledge of the luxury men's market and its challenges is advantageous.
3. Strong product sensitivity and passion for fashion.

1. Developed analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Strong numerical and statistical aptitude.
3. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with sales force, support teams, and top management.
4. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
5. Autonomous and results-oriented.
6. Fluency in English and French.
