- Conduct weekly and monthly business analysis and reporting, including performance tracking across regions, countries, and boutiques.
- Plan sales forecasts, review replenishment targets, and optimize stock levels and rebalancing.
- Provide operational support to retail, including transfers and community engagement.
- Participate in buying sessions, defining product offerings, purchase volumes, and boutique assortments to achieve sales targets and market balance.
- Organize collection launches, train teams, and implement action plans to boost sales and sell-through rates.
- Support boutique openings and retail events.
- Monitor market trends and competition, providing qualitative and quantitative insights to enhance performance.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar retail merchandising role.
- Knowledge of the luxury men's market and its challenges is advantageous.
- Strong product sensitivity and passion for fashion.
- Developed analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong numerical and statistical aptitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with sales force, support teams, and top management.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Autonomous and results-oriented.
- Fluency in English and French.
1 to 3 years of experience in retail merchandising, preferably within the luxury sector.
