Christian Dior Junior Product Manager

1. Contribute to the strategy and development of Dior Maison collections in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
2. Develop and manage the collection plan using visual tools and Excel.
3. Evaluate the performance of existing collections and identify opportunities for new product development.
4. Conduct competitive analysis to identify growth and differentiation opportunities for product categories.
5. Collaborate with the design studio to validate designs and technical sheets, ensuring feasibility and supplier constraints are met.
6. Manage the progress of supplier developments, including design, manufacturing processes, development costs, and purchase prices.
7. Actively source and evaluate potential new partners and craftsmanship.
8. Communicate key product information internally, including craftsmanship and care conditions.
9. Validate product pricing strategy and manage budgets allocated for collection development.
10. Ensure the referencing and coding of new products.
11. Secure compliance and intellectual property aspects of creations and artistic collaborations.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in product development or in the home decor/tableware sector.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
4. Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
5. Diplomacy and product sensitivity.

A minimum of 3 years in product development or related experience in the home decor or tableware industry is required.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field.
