1. Develop and manage the collection plan using visual tools and Excel.
2. Evaluate the performance of existing collections and identify opportunities for new product development.
3. Conduct competitive analysis and identify growth opportunities based on comprehensive market research.
4. Collaborate with the creative studio to validate designs and technical sheets, ensuring feasibility and supplier compliance.
5. Manage supplier development processes, including design, manufacturing, development costs, and purchase prices.
6. Actively source and evaluate potential new partners and craftsmanship.
7. Communicate key product information internally, including craftsmanship and maintenance conditions.
8. Validate product pricing strategy and manage collection development budgets.
9. Ensure the referencing and coding of new products.
10. Secure legal compliance and intellectual property aspects of creations and artistic collaborations.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree from a business school.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in product development or within the decoration/tableware industry.
3. Fluency in English and excellent interpersonal skills.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Knowledge of Adobe Suite tools and experience in the Print sector is a plus.
3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
4. Diplomacy and product sensitivity.

Minimum 3 years of experience in product development or within the decoration/tableware industry.

Bachelor's or Master's degree from a business school.
