Christian Dior Junior Product Manager

- Develop and manage the collection plan using visual tools and Excel.
- Evaluate the performance of existing collections and identify opportunities for new product development.
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify growth opportunities based on comprehensive market research.
- Collaborate with the creative studio to validate designs and technical sheets, ensuring feasibility and supplier compliance.
- Manage supplier development processes, including design, manufacturing, development costs, and purchase prices.
- Actively source and evaluate potential new partners and craftsmanship.
- Communicate key product information internally, including craftsmanship and maintenance conditions.
- Validate product pricing strategy and manage collection development budgets.
- Ensure the referencing and coding of new products.
- Secure legal compliance and intellectual property aspects of creations and artistic collaborations.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a business school.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product development or within the decoration/tableware industry.
- Fluency in English and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite tools and experience in the Print sector is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Diplomacy and product sensitivity.
Minimum 3 years of experience in product development or within the decoration/tableware industry.
Bachelor's or Master's degree from a business school.
