1. Serve as the primary custodian of the CRM (Salesforce) system, ensuring its optimal functionality for the customer service department across France and internationally.
2. Facilitate continuous improvement and analysis to enhance the performance of ancillary applications, including appointment scheduling, customer satisfaction measurement tools, and communication channels such as WhatsApp, WeChat, and Apple Business Chat.
3. Oversee and coordinate activities and projects related to the evolution of the client domain.
4. Adapt to project or RUN mode to address corrections and enhancements based on given priorities.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4 to Bac +5) in Business School, University, Engineering School, or a specialized institution in CRM and Information Systems Management.
2. Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with stakeholders in France and abroad.
3. Demonstrated IT proficiency and familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

1. Strong relational and writing skills, with creativity, organization, and attention to detail in fashion and technology.
2. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Canva is advantageous.
3. Rigor, autonomy, versatility, strong interpersonal skills, dynamism, and a keen sense of priorities.

Beginner level experience is acceptable.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4 to Bac +5).
