- Serve as the primary custodian of the CRM (Salesforce) functionality for the customer service department across France and internationally, addressing functional requests from business teams or implementing necessary modifications.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and analysis to enhance the performance of ancillary applications, including appointment scheduling, customer satisfaction measurement tools, and communication channels such as WhatsApp, WeChat, and Apple Business Chat.
- Oversee and coordinate activities and projects related to the evolution of the client domain.
- Adapt swiftly to address corrections and enhancements based on given priorities, whether in project mode or operational (RUN) mode.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +4 to Bac +5) in Business, Engineering, or a specialized CRM and Information Systems Management program.
- Proficient in English to effectively communicate with stakeholders in France and abroad.
- Demonstrated IT proficiency.
- Strong relational and writing skills.
- Creativity, organizational skills, and attention to detail in both fashion and technology sectors.
- Knowledge of Salesforce environment is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Canva is a plus.
- Rigor, autonomy, versatility, strong interpersonal skills, dynamism, and ability to prioritize.
Entry-level, suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +4 to Bac +5) in Business, Engineering, or a specialized CRM and Information Systems Management program.
