1. Lead the creation, development, and international deployment of Christian Dior Couture's Styling training strategy.
2. Animate, support, and develop the community of Dior Fashion Stylists.
3. Coordinate the international community through various internal tools.
4. Support fashion stylists in skill development throughout their career paths.
5. Organize and facilitate seminars at headquarters and in regional zones.
6. Contribute to the development and animation of the Fashion Stylists Dior training program.
7. Create pedagogical content in blended learning formats.
8. Research new partners and formats to enhance and evolve the program.
9. Ensure the consistency of the Styling training message across various Dior Academy and business unit collaborations.

1. Higher education degree, preferably with a specialization in Fashion, Art, or Design.
2. Approximately 3 years of successful experience in luxury retail, either in-store or in training.

2. Knowledge of fashion history, culture, product, and retail.
3. Understanding and mastery of luxury retail excellence and standards.
4. Skills in creating and delivering educational content.
5. Autonomy and ability to be proactive.
6. Project management skills with a 360° approach.
7. Fluency in English.
8. Presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.

Minimum of 3 years in luxury retail, with experience in boutique operations and/or training.

Master's degree or specialization in Fashion, Art, or Design is advantageous.
