Christian Dior Junior High Jewelry Designer

- Create technical and artistic preparatory drawings for High Jewelry pieces, adhering to the aesthetic codes and technical constraints of the Maison.
- Conduct thorough research on trends and innovations in jewelry and gemstones.
- Collaborate with the Senior Designer to propose creative and innovative ideas for new collections.
- Participate in briefing meetings, providing expertise and creative insights.
- Analyze client needs and expectations in partnership with marketing and product development teams.
- Execute tracings, colorization, and layout of drawings, ensuring quality and precision.
- Prepare presentation materials for collections for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and organize studio documents and archives.
- Coordinate projects with various partners, including workshops and suppliers.
- Advanced degree (Bac + 5) from an Art, Design, or Jewelry School.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in jewelry or high jewelry design.
- Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator; 3D modeling skills are advantageous.
- Excellent technical and artistic drawing skills (gouaché).
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and knowledge of luxury codes.
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
- Curiosity, open-mindedness, and passion for the jewelry industry.
- Knowledge of gemology is a plus.
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the jewelry or high jewelry sector is required.
Advanced degree (Bac + 5) from an Art, Design, or Jewelry School.
