Christian Dior Jewelry Quality and Production Coordinator

- Conduct supplier quality audits, including CQ processes and specific procedures.
- Facilitate continuous improvement processes in workshops, organizing follow-up committees and shared tools.
- Identify and manage control criteria through sensory analysis.
- Calculate key performance indicators and lead quality meetings with workshops.
- Draft detailed quality performance reports and present findings to key stakeholders.
- Oversee the implementation of new quality control procedures and ensure their seamless integration with existing processes.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement, proposing innovative solutions.
- Collaborate closely with after-sales service to analyze customer feedback and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain quality standards and documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and audit reports.
- Participate in supplier selection and evaluation to ensure compliance with Dior's quality standards.
- Travel as required for the role.
- Advanced degree (Bac +5) in production engineering or quality management.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in the jewelry industry with a strong understanding of production and quality control processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork and adaptation to various stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Reliability, adaptability, and a willingness to contribute beyond direct responsibilities.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulousness, high standards, and proactivity.
- Innovative mindset and ability to facilitate change.
- Proficiency in computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of quality and production standards and regulations in the jewelry sector.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the jewelry industry, focusing on production and quality control processes.
Advanced degree in production engineering or quality management.
