- Define processes and requirements in collaboration with business units such as Marketing and Merchandising, ensuring a comprehensive and integrated approach.
- Evaluate potential technological solutions to meet business needs.
- Develop and manage the roadmap in alignment with the company's broader transformation programs.
- Oversee various project streams and lead integrator and AMOA teams.
- Anticipate technical and functional business needs, recommending suitable technical solutions.
- Ensure the quality of functional and technical design within the information system.
- Collaborate closely with product teams, including Supply Chain, ERP, and BI, to ensure tool availability, performance, and security.
- Guarantee adherence to scope, timelines, budget, and quality of deliverables.
- Provide project reporting to management and manage risks and alerts.
- Coordinate the validation of cost estimates and specifications during scoping and design phases.
- Lead the implementation phase and make technical decisions.
- Support testing of implemented solutions.
- Coordinate project integration efforts.
- Actively participate in the transformation of the IT department to a product-oriented model and establish necessary governance across integrated business units.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in IT project management within Merchandising and/or End-to-End Supply Chain, including at least 5 years of team leadership experience.
- Strong expertise in Merchandising project management from both a process and IT perspective.
- Strong technological acumen and a passion for product and agile SAFE methodologies.
- Excellent knowledge of Purchasing and Assortment processes.
- Comprehensive understanding of End-to-End Supply Chain.
- Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously in collaboration with business units.
A minimum of 12 years in IT project management within Merchandising and/or End-to-End Supply Chain, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
