Christian Dior IT Project Lead - Retail & Collection Merchandising

1. Define processes and requirements in collaboration with business units such as Marketing and Merchandising.
2. Evaluate technological solutions to meet business needs.
3. Define and integrate the roadmap with other major transformation programs.
4. Manage various streams and lead integration and AMOA teams.
5. Anticipate technical and functional needs, recommending solutions aligned with business requirements.
6. Ensure the quality of functional and technical design of the IT chain.
7. Collaborate closely with other product and IT teams to ensure tool availability, performance, and security.
8. Ensure adherence to scope, deadlines, budget, and high-quality deliverables.
9. Report project status to management and manage risks and alerts.
10. Coordinate validation of estimates and specifications during scoping and design phases.
11. Lead the implementation phase and make technical decisions.
12. Support testing of implemented solutions.
13. Coordinate project integration efforts.
14. Actively participate in the transformation of the IT department into a product-oriented mode and establish necessary governance across integrated business units.

1. Bachelor's degree plus 5 years from an engineering school or university.
2. Minimum 12 years of experience in IT project management for Merchandising and/or E2E Supply Chain.
3. At least 5 years of team management experience.

1. Strong project management experience in Merchandising from a process and IT perspective.
2. Strong technological culture and interest in product and agile SAFE approaches.
3. Excellent knowledge of Purchasing and Assortment processes.
4. Knowledge of E2E Supply Chain.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
