Christian Dior IT Project Assistant - Finance Internship

- Implement Power BI reporting for various departments including Finance, Retail, and Architecture.
- Support business units, particularly finance, in automating processes and providing dynamic reporting tools and dashboards.
- Enhance functional processes, improve analysis quality, and minimize manual intervention through reporting and dashboards.
- Collaborate with the Finance Department and other departments such as General Services and Architecture, as well as Dior's global subsidiaries.
- Engage in process automation projects (RPA).
- Organize workshops and interviews to gather information from stakeholders and document target processes and operational rules.
- Participate in project execution and testing.
- Facilitate change management by implementing actions to help key users adopt new tools (communication, support creation, training sessions).
- Manage projects end-to-end using an agile approach (PI Planning, Daily, MVP, etc.).
- Assist the department manager and contribute to the creation of cross-departmental support materials.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Computer Engineering, Business School, or a top-tier university.
- Strong motivation and interest in information systems and the luxury sector.
- Analytical skills and financial knowledge.
- Organized, meticulous, autonomous, and inquisitive.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication and collaboration within the IT department.

No prior experience required, although a previous internship in IT project management or consulting is advantageous.
Master's degree in progress in Computer Engineering, Business, or related field.
The internship offers exposure to cross-functional project management and the opportunity to develop a methodological approach to project management. Interns will gain insights into user satisfaction management for information systems and acquire technical knowledge in Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI and Planning Analytics, as well as functional knowledge in management control, accounting, and budgeting phases.
