1. Integrate fully into the User Experience team within the IT Operations Department.
2. Serve as a liaison between IT product teams and internal communication teams.
3. Drive the global IT communication plan for the Maison's users.
4. Develop knowledge articles to guide users in utilizing tools through text, images, or video.
5. Create informative communications to convey technical messages in user-friendly language.
6. Develop directive communications to enforce actions by explaining context and rationale.
7. Design adoption campaigns using various techniques such as communication, webinars, training, and flyers.

1. Currently enrolled in a communication or design school.
2. Professional proficiency in French and English.

1. Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva) and basic UX/UI concepts.
2. Knowledge of HTML coding.
3. Familiarity with office environments (Windows, Mac, iPhone, Office Suite) and support tools (ServiceNow, PowerBi) is advantageous.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Curiosity and a strong desire for learning.
6. Empathy and excellent communication skills.
7. Technophilia and proactive team spirit.

Beginner level experience is acceptable.

Currently pursuing a degree in communication or design.
