1. Integrate fully into the User Experience team within the IT Operations Department.
2. Serve as a liaison between IT product teams and internal communication teams.
3. Drive the global IT communication plan for Maison users.
4. Develop knowledge articles to guide users in utilizing tools through text, images, or video.
5. Craft informative communications to convey technical messages in user-friendly language.
6. Create directive communications to explain context and required actions.
7. Design adoption campaigns using various techniques such as communication, webinars, training, and flyers.

1. Currently enrolled in a communication or design school.
2. Professional proficiency in French and English.

1. Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva), HTML coding, and basic UX/UI concepts.
2. Familiarity with office environments (Windows, Mac, iPhone, Office Suite) and support tools (Service Now, PowerBi) is advantageous.
3. Strong organizational and communication skills.
4. Curiosity and a passion for learning.
5. Empathy and teamwork.
6. Proactive and tech-savvy.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Enrolled in a communication or design program.
