1. Organize and manage inventory to prevent shortages or overstocking.
2. Conduct monthly inventories and monitor all goods/materials transactions.
3. Ensure proper packaging, storage, and traceability of goods.
4. Collaborate with kitchen staff to determine supply needs.
5. Select suppliers, negotiate prices, and purchase terms.
6. Process supplier payments promptly to maintain trust.
7. Verify invoices against orders and ensure compliance.
8. Monitor and analyze raw material costs, suggesting corrective actions when necessary.
9. Regularly reassess supplier performance to ensure optimal quality/price ratios.
10. Contribute to the budgeting process for purchasing and inventory.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality or restaurant settings.
