- Conduct comprehensive analysis of inventory data, including stock levels, sales trends, returns, and obsolescence, to identify areas for improvement and potential risks.
- Monitor inventory movements and transactions to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with retail, merchandising, logistics, and finance teams to support inventory management in store.
- Develop and implement inventory control reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to management.
- Assist in the planning and execution of physical inventory counts and cycle counts, ensuring data integrity and reconciliation.
- Identify root causes of inventory variances and propose corrective actions to enhance accuracy and reduce losses.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools and techniques to reduce shrink and improve overall operational excellence.
- Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new inventory management systems and processes.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on inventory best practices and system usage.
- Ensure adherence to all internal controls, policies, and procedures related to inventory management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, or a related analytical field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of progressive experience in an analytical role, preferably within inventory control, supply chain analysis, or demand planning.
- Proven experience with large datasets and strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., advanced Excel, SQL, SAP, WMS, Business Intelligence software).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI or Tableau for data visualization and reporting is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to identify trends, draw conclusions, and present data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent understanding of inventory management principles, best practices, and supply chain operations, preferably within the luxury retail or fashion industry.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Experience with luxury goods inventory is a significant plus.

$75k - $80k annually, plus bonus eligibility, dependent upon relevant skills and experience.
