1. Assist in the communication and project tracking within the International Visual Merchandising Coordination department.
2. Support the dissemination of creative strategies across all brand universes internationally.
3. Prepare presentation dossiers for Visual Merchandising projects targeting VM zones and management.
4. Contribute to the development and content management of the department's digital application.
5. Create internal communications for collaborators.
6. Conduct photo reporting for collection launches and other VM projects, managing assets.
7. Monitor organizational tools for the department, including calendars and VM animations.
8. Collaborate with design, image VM, and various headquarter services such as Communication, Image, CRM, and Marketing.
9. Oversee VM projects across all brand universes and their worldwide deployment.
10. Maintain relationships with VM collaborators in different zones.
11. Support the organization of seminars and training tools for international VMs.

1. Enrolled in a communication, business, or fashion school (final year).
2. Prior experience in fashion/luxury is preferable.
3. Professional proficiency in English.
4. Responsive, meticulous, and organized.
5. Strong visual merchandising and image sensitivity.

1. Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office.
2. Video editing skills are appreciated.

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.

Final year student in communication, business, or fashion studies.
