1. Define and develop the blended learning strategy and tools for various product expertise areas including leather goods, ready-to-wear, haute couture, and accessories.
2. Support local training teams in implementing training programs and ensure effective tool transmission through 'Train the Trainer' sessions.
3. Organize information-gathering meetings with HQ partners to enrich training content.
4. Monitor the performance of training tools and gather field feedback to optimize future developments.
5. Contribute to the creation and deployment of training programs for special projects within the women's universe and cross-functional projects.
6. Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on new training pedagogies to innovate blended learning paths.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in training or marketing, preferably within a fashion house.
3. Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.

3. Excellent written communication and graphic sensitivity.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Photoshop is a plus.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in training or marketing, preferably within a luxury fashion house.
