1. Define and develop the blended learning strategy for various product expertise areas, including leather goods, ready-to-wear, haute couture, and accessories.
2. Support local training teams in implementing training programs and ensure effective tool transmission through 'Train the Trainer' sessions.
3. Organize information-gathering meetings with HQ partners to enhance training content.
4. Monitor the performance of training tools and consolidate field feedback to optimize future developments.
5. Contribute to the creation and deployment of training programs for special projects within the women's universe and cross-functional projects of the Maison.
6. Conduct competitive analysis and stay informed on new training pedagogies to innovate in blended learning program design.

1. Higher education degree.
2. Minimum 3 years of successful experience in training or marketing, preferably within a fashion house.
3. Excellent command of English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.

1. Strong affinity for fashion and luxury products.
2. Organizational skills, curiosity, creativity, and rigor.
3. Analytical and synthesis capabilities, excellent writing skills, and graphic sensitivity.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Photoshop is an advantage.

Minimum of 3 years in training or marketing, ideally in a fashion house.

Higher education degree.
