Christian Dior International Retail Training Project Manager

- Conduct regular assessments of client experience performance to identify areas for improvement and specific training needs for sales teams.
- Perform competitive analysis to pinpoint best practices in client experience within the luxury sector and other industries.
- Engage with regional trainers to gather feedback, understand challenges, and adjust training programs accordingly.
- Collaborate with the Retail Training Manager and Dior Academy to define the retail teams' training plan.
- Develop impactful training tools tailored to Dior's client experience challenges, including sales ceremonies, clienteling, and after-sales.
- Work closely with customer marketing, retail performance, e-commerce, and omnichannel teams to create engaging training experiences.
- Ensure effective international coordination with trainers, identifying specific needs and monitoring deployed training.
- Establish and track KPIs to measure training impact.
- Conduct 'train-the-trainer' sessions to equip regional trainers with necessary tools and knowledge.
- Digitalize and distribute training tools via mobile learning applications, ensuring accessibility and appeal.
- Collaborate with the digital team and contribute to cross-functional Dior Academy projects.
- Advanced degree equivalent to BAC+5
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Retail, Training, or Client Experience Consulting
- Strong affinity for fashion and in-depth knowledge of the luxury sector
- Curiosity and creativity
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Ability to work collaboratively with multicultural teams
- Proficiency in IT tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English
Minimum of 3 years in relevant fields such as Retail, Training, or Client Experience Consulting.
Advanced degree equivalent to BAC+5
