1. Participate in international retail projects under the guidance of the Retail Performance Director and team manager.
2. Contribute to the preparation and execution of deployment plans for various retail initiatives.
3. Facilitate communication between central teams and regional counterparts.
4. Assist in the development of deployment tools and project presentations.
5. Monitor project implementation and report potential issues or improvement suggestions to the project team.
6. Conduct training sessions.
7. Compile KPI reports on project performance.

1. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Italian, Chinese, or Japanese is advantageous.
2. Experience in retail is preferred.
