1. Participate in international retail projects under the guidance of the Retail Performance Director and Team Manager.
2. Contribute to the preparation and execution of deployment plans for various retail initiatives.
3. Facilitate communication between central and regional stakeholders.
4. Assist in the development of deployment tools and project presentations.
5. Monitor project implementation and report any issues or improvement suggestions to the project team.
6. Conduct training sessions and animate workshops.
7. Prepare KPI reports on project performance.

1. Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian, Chinese, or Japanese is advantageous.
2. Previous experience in retail is beneficial.
