Christian Dior International Retail Marketing Assistant Intern

- Assist in the comprehensive management of High-End events in boutiques, including High-End Caravans and Men Made-to-Measure.
- Coordinate and engage in the organization of major international events, handling client activities, logistics, order management, and liaising with external vendors.
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination between headquarters and international regions, covering product offerings, graphic studio, visual merchandising, and travel arrangements.
- Manage travel logistics for team members involved in High-End events.
- Track and analyze event outcomes, providing both qualitative and quantitative feedback.
- Contribute to the development of internal presentations for stakeholders.
- Aid in the creation and enhancement of annual event action plans, including budget tracking and logistics.
- Monitor and consolidate product category schedules.
- Develop event guidelines for market distribution.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking, particularly in High Jewelry and Haute Couture categories.
- Currently enrolled in a business school or university, pursuing a Master's degree (BAC+4/+5), seeking a final-year internship.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in marketing, communication, or event management, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a strong sense of diplomacy.
- Ability to work autonomously with flexibility and rigor.
Entry-level position requiring a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.
Pursuing a Master's degree (BAC+4/+5) in business or a related field.
