- Assist Retail Marketing Coordinators in daily tasks related to retail events for Men's and Home divisions.
- Develop innovative and distinctive animation concepts for in-store collection launches.
- Create comprehensive 360-degree client activation guidelines and launch packs to support boutiques.
- Coordinate with internal and external creative teams, ensuring adherence to timelines for operational deliverables.
- Manage event schedules across different regions, coordinating with headquarters departments such as Visual Merchandising, Image, and Graphic Studio.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking of other luxury houses.
- Participate in and oversee the logistics of international product/tool shipments for major events.
- Ensure event execution aligns with the brand's standards by coordinating with regional teams and central departments like Product, IT, and Logistics.
- Follow up on post-event feedback, both qualitative and quantitative, and assist in the coordination and follow-up process for special event-related orders.
- Enrollment in a Business School or University, pursuing a Master's degree (BAC+4/+5).
- Completion of a previous 6-month marketing internship, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent sense of responsibility and teamwork.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pragmatic and reactive problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing environments.
- Creative thinking and adaptability.
