Christian Dior International Private Clients Assistant

- Assist the International Private Clients Project Manager in overseeing exclusive and bespoke order processes, including post-show orders, Haute Couture, Haute Joaillerie, and Couture Leather Goods.
- Coordinate event preparations, including training sessions and briefings.
- Administer order processing through various tools such as mobile applications and back-office platforms.
- Ensure end-to-end mastery of order processes across retail, client marketing, merchandising, production, and supply chain.
- Provide on-site support during Parisian events to facilitate order taking and assist markets.
- Maintain continuous communication with markets and business units to ensure effective order tracking.
- Conduct daily order checks to identify potential issues or omissions.
- Develop guidelines to address emerging needs and centralize feedback for system and process improvements.
- Collaborate with the Training (Change) team to address identified training needs.
- Monitor data quality related to special orders, including duplicate orders and currency alignment.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues related to order data.
- Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or university program (BAC +4/5).
- Previous experience in marketing within the fashion or luxury sector.
- Recognized for rigor, autonomy, organizational skills, dynamism, and analytical thinking.
- Strong understanding of internal processes, including supply chain, logistics, merchandising, pricing, and information systems.
- Analytical skills and proficiency with numerical data.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in CRM is highly valued.
Entry-level experience in marketing within the fashion or luxury industry is required.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
