Christian Dior International Press Coordination Assistant Intern

- Assist the international press team with daily tasks related to Dior's ready-to-wear, haute couture, and home collections.
- Coordinate with international press offices across regions including the USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, China, Japan, and Asia Pacific to fulfill daily requests for visuals and content.
- Participate in the development of strategic initiatives such as pop-ups, book launches, collections, and exhibitions.
- Organize and partake in various events, including ready-to-wear and haute couture fashion shows.
- Create PowerPoint presentations and Excel documents for planning, scheduling, and listing purposes.
- Conduct weekly magazine monitoring.
- Engage in daily communication with various departments such as graphic studio, digital, marketing, and Dior Heritage.
- Contribute to the press strategy for each Baby Dior collection.
- Manage product exchanges between the press and marketing departments.
- Maintain regular communication with the Baby Dior marketing team and the Image team to gather necessary elements for strategy development and briefing subsidiaries.
- Ensure the showroom is well-maintained.
- Enrollment in a communication, press, or fashion program at a recognized school or university.
- Previous internship experience in a similar role within a press office.
- Proficiency in English, essential for international coordination.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
Entry-level experience with at least one prior internship in a press office setting.
Currently pursuing a degree in communication, press, or fashion.
The internship offers an immersive experience in the organization of a press department within a luxury fashion house, exposure to international publications, participation in key events, and development of communication and press relations skills.
