1. Ensure strict adherence to all Retail procedures, including stock management and cash handling, through monthly Internal Control reviews.
2. Critically assess these reviews and ensure the implementation and follow-up of action plans with a focus on continuous improvement.
3. Train and support Retail and Operations teams in best practices for Internal Control through regular training sessions and communications.
4. Evaluate existing processes, identify operational risks, and propose improvements to enhance current procedures.
5. Ensure compliance with governance principles by conducting control missions and regular store visits.
6. Conduct internal control reviews in stores at least twice a year, focusing on cross-sectional controls and specific analyses of all Retail transactions.
7. Participate in annual store inventories and monitor inventory discrepancies.
8. Report risk points and alerts to Retail France, Monaco Management, and 30 Montaigne Management.
9. Contribute to the smooth execution of internal and external financial/compliance audits.
10. Perform annual self-assessment tasks as required by the Group.
11. Collaborate with European and Headquarters teams (Internal Control and Audit, Compliance) to ensure optimal coordination of the internal control framework.

1. Degree from a business or engineering school.

3. Proactive and persistent with attention to detail.
4. Integrity and confidentiality.
5. Solid understanding of internal control concepts and risk detection.
6. Proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
7. Fluent in English.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in internal audit and/or risk management within an international Retail and/or Luxury group.

Degree from a business or engineering school.
