1. Assist in the preparation and execution of audit missions, including the review of sales, inventory, and financial statements of audited boutiques and entities.
2. Participate in meetings and discussions with local and European stakeholders to gather and disseminate information.
3. Engage in ad-hoc missions, such as assessing audit impacts and consolidating data from regional entities.
4. Contribute to operational audits and internal control, emphasizing recommendations and action plan follow-ups.
5. Utilize visualization tools to analyze data and identify weak signals or anomalies.
6. Test and monitor internal control processes to ensure compliance with Dior's standards.
7. Analyze responses from Dior entities through questionnaires to evaluate internal control implementation.
8. Review and update anti-money laundering measures in stores.
9. Draft and implement new procedures to govern boutique activities and digital workflows.
10. Ensure documentation compliance with existing internal control procedures.
11. Create educational materials to raise awareness and animate internal control topics.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree with a specialization in Audit or Corporate Finance
2. Ideally, previous experience in internal control, compliance, or audit firm

3. Sensitivity to processes and risks beyond numerical data
4. Fluency in English
5. Excellent interpersonal skills
6. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI

Entry-level, ideally with some exposure to internal control or audit environments.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
