Christian Dior Internal Control and Risk Analyst

- Coordinate the enhancement of the Internal Control & Risk Management framework across the region.
- Support departments in implementing and monitoring the Group’s internal control framework.
- Conduct process reviews across retail and corporate functions to assess control design and operational effectiveness.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of internal control testing campaigns and annual self-assessment.
- Ensure proposed corrective actions are correctly implemented and tracked across departments.
- Coordinate various risk assessments and compliance reporting, including mitigation processes.
- Manage insurance-related matters, including policy renewals and claims follow-up.
- Provide analytical support for audits, internal reviews, and regional projects aimed at process optimization.
- Master’s degree in Finance or Audit.
- CIA or CPA diploma is advantageous.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Internal Audit, Internal Control, or Risk Management within a multinational and large-scale company.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- High level of integrity and ethics.
- Dynamic, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Internal Audit, Internal Control, or Risk Management within a multinational and large-scale company.
Master’s degree in Finance or Audit.
