1. Coordinate the enhancement of the Internal Control & Risk Management framework across the region.
2. Support departments in implementing and monitoring the Group’s internal control framework.
3. Conduct process reviews across retail and corporate functions to assess control design and operational effectiveness.
4. Assist in the preparation and coordination of internal control testing campaigns and annual self-assessment.
5. Ensure proposed corrective actions are correctly implemented and tracked across departments.
6. Coordinate various risk assessments and compliance reporting, including mitigation processes.
7. Manage insurance-related matters, including policy renewals and claims follow-up.
8. Provide analytical support for audits, internal reviews, and regional projects aimed at process optimization.

1. Master’s degree in Finance or Audit.
2. CIA or CPA diploma is advantageous.
3. Minimum 3 years of experience in Internal Audit, Internal Control, or Risk Management within a multinational and large-scale company.
