1. Assist the legal team in managing pre-litigation and litigation cases globally, including strategy development, document preparation, and legal analysis in collaboration with attorneys.
2. Support the management of the intellectual property portfolio, including conducting prior art searches and developing filing strategies.
3. Aid in the management, drafting, and review of contracts, such as copyright assignments, licensing agreements, partnerships, and endorsement contracts.
4. Contribute to the drafting of memos and consultations for operational teams.
5. Conduct legal research and maintain ongoing legal monitoring.

1. Holder of a Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law (entry to the French Bar School is a plus).
2. Previous experience in a law firm, IP consultancy, or corporate intellectual property department.

1. Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently.
2. Strong analytical skills and excellent technical proficiency.
3. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
4. Proficiency in legal research databases such as Darts IP, Edital Corsearch, and Lexis Nexis.

Suitable for candidates with initial experience in intellectual property law.

Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law.
