1. Provide legal advice and support to operational teams.
2. Identify, analyze, and evaluate risks to define appropriate legal solutions.
3. Draft, negotiate, and review intellectual property rights contracts, including licensing, art acquisition, and audiovisual production agreements.
4. Conduct clearance searches and analyze sources of inspiration.
5. Participate in pre-litigation and litigation cases regarding intellectual property infringement and unfair competition in France and internationally.
6. Coordinate anti-counterfeiting efforts with LVMH services, managing internal notifications.
7. Draft legal consultations, notes, and memos for operational queries.
8. Contribute to the development of the contract database.
9. Act as a business partner to teams, collaborating with other members of the Intellectual Property division.

1. Master's degree in Law with a specialization in Intellectual Property, ideally holding the CRFPA.
2. 1 to 3 years of experience in an intellectual property law firm or as an in-house intellectual property lawyer.

2. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to clearly articulate legal issues.
3. Proactive, organized, and pragmatic with a sense of priorities.
4. Team player with project management capabilities.
5. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
6. Proficient in IT tools.
7. Knowledge of the luxury, fashion, or accessories sector is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
