- Provide legal advice and assistance to operational teams.
- Identify, analyze, and evaluate risks to define appropriate legal solutions.
- Draft, negotiate, analyze, and review intellectual property rights contracts, including licensing, art acquisition, publishing, and audiovisual production agreements.
- Conduct prior art searches, product clearance, and analyze sources of inspiration.
- Participate in the preparation of pre-litigation and litigation files for intellectual property infringement and unfair competition cases in France and internationally.
- Coordinate anti-counterfeiting efforts with LVMH services, managing internal notifications.
- Draft legal consultations, notes, and memos to address various operational queries.
- Contribute to the development of the contract database.
- Act as a business partner to teams, collaborating with other members of the Intellectual Property department.
- Master's degree in law, specializing in intellectual property, ideally with CRFPA certification.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in an intellectual property law firm or as an in-house intellectual property lawyer.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to anticipate, identify, and clearly present legal issues.
- Strong writing skills.
- Proactive, organized, meticulous, and pragmatic with a sense of priorities.
- Team player with the ability to work in a project mode and handle diverse interlocutors and projects.
- Excellent English proficiency, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in IT tools.
- Knowledge of the luxury, fashion, and accessories sector is a plus.
