1. Analyze existing production methods for metal parts, identify bottlenecks, and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
2. Design and develop specialized tools, molds, and fixtures for the manufacturing of metal components, ensuring optimal process flow and product specifications.
3. Evaluate and select appropriate metallic materials for each component, considering mechanical properties, aesthetic requirements, cost-effectiveness, and durability standards for luxury leather goods.
4. Prepare detailed technical specifications for all metal parts, including dimensions, tolerances, surface finishes, and assembly requirements.
5. Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure industrialization feasibility of new product developments and with production teams to implement new processes and resolve technical challenges.
6. Establish and monitor stringent quality control standards for metal components, ensuring compliance with internal and external quality benchmarks.
7. Assess and approve suppliers for raw materials and manufacturing metal parts services, negotiate contracts, and oversee adherence to technical specifications and delivery schedules.
8. Stay abreast of new technologies, materials, and trends in metal fabrication and the leather goods industry, continuously seeking opportunities for process and product innovation.
9. Diagnose and resolve technical issues encountered during the manufacturing process of metal parts, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
10. Ensure suppliers and partners comply with LVMH Group standards.

1. Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, materials science, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in industrialization, manufacturing engineering, or process optimization, with a significant focus on metal parts, preferably within the luxury goods, automotive, or jewelry sectors.

1. Proven expertise in manufacturing processes for precision metal components (e.g., stamping, casting, CNC machining, polishing).
2. Strong knowledge of various metallic materials (e.g., brass, zamak, stainless steel) and their respective properties, treatments, and finishes.
3. Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA) for development and analysis.
4. Experience with quality control methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and relevant industry standards.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and communicate effectively with diverse teams and suppliers.
7. Fluency in relevant languages, such as English, French, or Italian, is a plus.
