- Lead and manage a portfolio of interconnected projects within the designated stream, ensuring alignment with business requirements and strategic objectives.
- Drive effective project management through the coordination of project teams, activities, and deliverables.
- Ensure accountability for project quality, adherence to timelines, and cost-effective resource management.
- Develop and maintain the roadmap for the functional stream.
- Manage the prioritization and execution of projects within the portfolio.
- Ensure alignment with stakeholders and manage the Stream Projects budget for the industrial perimeter.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and security standards.
- Master’s degree in management engineering, computer sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5-8 years) in managing complex projects, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of industrial processes such as product development and industrial supply chain.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, improve, and optimize industrial processes.
- Experience in managing direct reports, third-party vendors, and resources in a matrix organizational structure.
- Familiarity with digital technologies relevant to industries/manufacturing.
- Experience in managing project budgets and controlling costs.
- Proficiency in using M365 suite or project management software (e.g., Jira).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to influence and drive change within the organization.
- Strategic thinking and alignment of projects with overall business objectives.
- Results-oriented focus on delivering measurable results and achieving project goals.
Minimum 5 years
Master’s degree in management engineering, computer sciences, or a related field.
