1. Lead and manage a portfolio of interconnected projects within the designated stream, ensuring alignment with business requirements and strategic objectives.
2. Drive effective project management through the coordination of project teams, activities, and deliverables.
3. Ensure accountability for project quality, adherence to timelines, and cost-effective resource management.
4. Develop and maintain the roadmap for the functional stream.
5. Manage the prioritization and execution of projects within the portfolio.
6. Ensure alignment with stakeholders.
7. Manage the Stream Projects budget for the industrial perimeter.
8. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and security standards.

1. Master’s degree in management engineering, finance, or a related field.
2. Proven experience (5-8 years) in managing complex projects, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
3. PMP or similar certification is a plus.

1. Strong understanding of industrial processes, including product development and manufacturing execution.
2. Demonstrated ability to analyze, improve, and optimize industrial processes.
3. Experience in managing direct reports, third-party vendors, and resources in a matrix organizational structure.
4. Familiarity with digital technologies relevant to industries/manufacturing.
5. Experience in managing project budgets and controlling costs.
6. Proficiency in using M365 suite or project management software (e.g., Jira).
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
10. Adaptability to changing priorities and managing multiple projects.
11. Change management skills.
12. Strategic thinking and results-oriented focus.
13. Proficiency in Italian and English; knowledge of French is a plus.

Minimum 5 years of experience in managing complex projects, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
