- Oversee the planning of seasonal and permanent product lines across all categories, ensuring alignment with supply chain demands and business unit priorities.
- Collaborate with operational planning teams in France and Italy to translate and disseminate supply chain requests.
- Monitor pre-purchases and assess their alignment with production plans.
- Anticipate production constraints and coordinate with the supply chain to develop alternatives.
- Centralize and validate contract plans with the supply chain and business unit.
- Ensure adherence to production plans in terms of volume and timelines, coordinating with planning, purchasing, and supply teams.
- Manage production risks, evaluate feasibility, and validate alternatives with the supply chain and business unit.
- Communicate production progress through reports to the industrial management, supply chain, and business unit.
- Manage the production of special orders, prioritizing requests and coordinating with dedicated operational teams.
- Define and implement performance indicators for planning activities, collaborating with management and planning teams.
- Analyze performance KPIs, ensure objectives are met, and develop improvement plans.
- Contribute to strategic projects, acting as a key user for planning topics within industrial teams.
- Manage and develop a team of approximately 10 individuals, fostering collaboration across departments and enhancing team skills.
- Over 10 years of experience in industrial planning within a similar role.
- Experience in the luxury fashion sector.
- Strong product affinity and understanding of technical challenges.
- Comprehensive understanding of production and operational constraints.
- Knowledge of supply chain operations and business challenges.
- Proficiency in information systems and data manipulation (Excel, Anaplan, SAP, PowerBI, Access).
- Professional fluency in English and French; Italian is a plus.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills for quantitative data.
- Excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and listening skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to drive change, communicate effectively, and persuade.
Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial planning, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
