Christian Dior Industrial Financial Controller

- Develop a strong business partnership with the industrial management team.
- Support operational teams on financial matters including raw material costs, production costs, cost of goods sold, order quantities, inventory, and production cost optimization across all product categories.
- Monitor monthly actuals, margins, and product costings, as well as seasonal development costs.
- Coordinate and construct budgets and revised forecasts.
- Ensure data reliability for the Industrial Management team.
- Contribute to monthly closings (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and other ad hoc analyses) and budget construction processes.
- Establish, analyze, and control product costing (sourcing, development, manufacturing, billing, etc.).
- Monitor raw material purchases and ensure accurate stock valuation.
- Track industrial performance across all production sites.
- Provide financial support for various industrial projects.
- Participate in cross-functional projects such as certification tracking, SAP developments, PLM, etc.
- Coordinate inventories (preparation, execution, analysis, and presentation to auditors).
- Monitor product destructions (non-compliant products).
- Ensure adherence to management procedures across all operational flows.
- Provide operational support to industrial teams.
- Degree from a business school or equivalent higher education institution.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in audit, consulting, and/or financial controlling with significant experience in industrial financial controlling.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit.
- Rigorous and organized approach to work.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial controlling, particularly within an industrial context.
Degree from a business school or equivalent higher education institution.
