Christian Dior Industrial Financial Controller

- Develop a strong business partnership with the industrial management team.
- Support operational teams on financial issues including raw material costs, production costs, and cost optimization across product categories.
- Monitor monthly financials, margins, and product costs, ensuring data reliability for the Industrial Management.
- Coordinate and construct budgets and revisions.
- Contribute to monthly closures and budgeting processes, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analyses.
- Establish, analyze, and control product costing from sourcing to billing.
- Oversee raw material purchases and ensure accurate stock valuation.
- Track industrial performance across production sites.
- Provide financial support for industrial projects.
- Participate in cross-functional projects such as certifications and SAP/PLM developments.
- Coordinate inventories and manage non-compliant product destruction.
- Ensure adherence to management procedures across operational flows.
- Provide operational support to industrial teams.
- Participate in monthly closures and financial indicator tracking, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Assist in budget preparation and revisions, including meetings, analyses, and reporting.
- Contribute to process and tool improvements.
- Support key projects and conduct specific studies as requested by Financial and General Management.
- Degree from a top-tier business school.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in audit, consulting, and/or financial controlling, with significant industrial controlling experience.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit.
- Meticulous and organized.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
Degree from a top-tier business school.
